Privacy Notice
What the contact form collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept. This describes the site as built.
- WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS
- One form, at /contact. It collects the name, organization and work email you type, plus any context you choose to add. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
- There is no file upload anywhere on this site. Do not send drawings, inspection packages or any controlled technical data through this form.
- WHERE IT GOES
- A submission is delivered as email to hello@asteronindustries.com through Resend, our email provider. It is not written to a database on this site, which is a static export with no storage attached.
- It is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train a model.
- COOKIES AND MEASUREMENT
- This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. The contact form is a plain HTML POST; it runs no JavaScript.
- Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build a profile across sites.
- HOW LONG IT IS KEPT
- Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread that goes quiet. After that they are deleted.
- Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, without needing a reason.
- SERVICE PROVIDERS
- Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers it. Resend delivers form mail. Both process data on our behalf and neither is given it for their own purposes.
